Crispý Cones in Pasco has opened at 6605 Burden Blvd., Suite C, Pasco. The shop offers ice cream wrapped in a fresh dough cone and has locations throughout the United States. Antiques Du Chat Noir has opened at 117 W. Kennewick Ave., Suite 120, Kennewick. The antique and vintage store is in downtown Kennewick. Hours: 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday. Contact: 509-438-9242.

Five Below has opened its first Tri-Cities store at 2907 Queensgate Drive, Richland. Five Below is a Philadelphia-based discount retailer where most items are priced around $5. Hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Contact: 509-236-0746, fivebelow.com.

Idaho Central Credit Union opened its first Tri-Cities branch on Nov. 4 at 3720 S. Zintel Way, Kennewick. Though this is the first branch in the area, more branches are planned in the future. Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, closed Sunday. Contact: 509-672-5100, iccu.com.

Tri-Cities Gaming moved from Columbia Center mall to 5215 W. Clearwater Ave., Suite 101, Kennewick. Tri-Cities Gaming is a meeting place for trading card and tabletop gaming enthusiasts. Hours: noon to 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, noon to 7 p.m. Sunday. Contact: 509-221-1213, tricitiesgaming.com.


NEW LOCATION

Top Notch Driving School has opened a second location at 5820 Road 92, Suite 204, Pasco. Contact: 509-737-4800, topnotchdrivingkennewick.com.

Burlesque Brew opened a second location at 4298 W. Van Giesen St., West Richland.  Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Contact: 856-219-0781, burlesquebrew.net.

Wake Up Call opened a new location at 590 Gage Blvd., Richland. Wake Up Call is a chain of coffee stalls with roughly a dozen other Tri-Cities locations. Hours: 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Contact: wuc.red.

Café Con Arte has opened a new location at the Vault Project inside Columbia Center mall. Contact: cafeconarte.org.


CLOSED

Moonshot - Pub at the Park at 94 Lee Blvd., Richland closed Oct. 25. Moonshot Brewing at 8804 W. Victoria Ave., Suite 140, Kennewick, remains open.

Badger Mountain Vineyard’s Tasting Room at 1106 N. Jurupa St., Kennewick closed on Oct. 31. The business will remain open and continue to produce wine.

Hot Mess Burgers and Fries, the food truck usually parked at 212 W. Kennewick Ave., Kennewick, has closed.

Javi’s Chicken and Churros at 520 N. Fourth Ave., Pasco has closed. The restaurants in Sunnyside and Grandview will remain open.
