A solar installation company that started in Pasco and was once on Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America appears to be closing down.

A national homebuilder with development projects in the Tri-Cities is facing a federal lawsuit alleging it intentionally misled homebuyers about the true monthly costs of its homes. 

A Tri-Cities holiday tradition has come to an end as the company that put it on has embarked on a new chapter. 

The agreed upon acquisition comes several years after Silverwood founder and owner Gary Norton turned down an offer from the buyer for the park.

The state can file lawsuits against people or businesses that do not pay taxes and then get a judgment against property that person or business owns. Judgments are filed in Benton-Franklin Superior Court. The following is from the Franklin County Superior Court Clerk’s Office.
