West Richland’s newest early childhood center is nearing completion at 2885 Bombing Range Road, located across from the Bombing Range Sports Complex.
Goose & Rev Academy is a single-story building that will offer full- and part-time programs for families in West Richland and the surrounding areas. The space is designed to support children from infancy through pre-kindergarten and will offer flexible scheduling options.
The new building features five classrooms and a large central play and gathering area. The interior has a modern, spacious and intentionally functional layout with open sight lines, thoughtful room flow and an emphasis on natural light to create a bright, welcoming environment.
Design elements were selected to feel clean, warm and inviting while supporting daily movement, learning and engagement. The exterior offers a modern, clean aesthetic that complements the surrounding area while creating a recognizable and welcoming presence for families.
Goose & Rev is operated by its founder and owner, Kylee Sullivan, who developed the interior layout, functionality and overall vision for the location and led the creative direction and design planning for the space.
Despite challenges outside of Sullivan’s control, including the prolonged timeline and periods of limited community understanding about the delayed opening, she is committed to seeing the project through.
She said her staff has been more than patient and flexible with the opening of the space and are eager to open the doors.

The building is owned by Syed Amir, who originally initiated by the project in honor of his late child.
Once open, Goose & Rev Academy will offer features consistent across its locations, including secure camera systems that allow families to view their child’s daily experiences remotely. Enrollment also includes additional benefits such as complimentary monthly parent night out events and discounts on birthday rentals and experiences at Goose & Rev’s sister companies.
J. Pierce & Co. of Richland is the general contractor.
The designer and architect is Draftco Designs of Kennewick.
