Storage Station has completed the second phase of its self-storage facility in Kennewick.

The 63,260-square-foot expansion at 101 E. Reata Road, near Interstate 82 and Clearwater Avenue, adds eight new buildings featuring premium drive-up and climate-controlled storage units.

The expansion offers a variety of unit sizes, including 5-by-5, 5-by-10, 10-by-10, 10-by-15, 10-by-20 and 10-by-30. Climate-controlled units are heated and cooled through a dynamic HVAC system designed to accommodate the Tri-Cities’ seasonal temperature swings.

Each storage unit is individually alarmed for added security, and the entire facility is monitored by high-definition security cameras. The property also includes an on-site manager in the leasing office and offers tenants complimentary use of a move-in truck.

The facility provides storage for furniture, appliances, household items, recreational equipment, vehicles, business supplies and other belongings.

The expansion follows the successful opening of Phase 1 in 2024. Storage Station said the project was built to meet the growing demand for premium self-storage options and exceptional customer service.

Storage Station is a locally owned, family-operated business with family partners in the Tri-Cities and throughout Washington and Oregon.

Hummel Construction and Development served as the general contractor.

MMEC Architecture designed the project.

For leasing information or unit availability, call 509-827-1927 or visit Storage Station’s website.
