4H Development has completed construction of a new commercial building in Benton City.

The 25,200-square-foot facility at 1614 Dale Ave. is designed to support a mix of uses, including sales, office space, manufacturing and storage.

The building includes three spaces, currently utilized as two.

Hill Country Cabinets occupies a two-story office area, while the remainder of the building is single story. The interior features a modern design, while the exterior reflects a modern vernacular, industrial chic style.

The project received its certificate of occupancy on April 24.

Hummel Construction and Development served as the general contractor.

DKEI Architectural Services provided architectural design services.

4H Development owns the building, with Hill Country Cabinets and Greenleaf Landscaping leasing space in the facility. The owners of Hill Country Cabinets and Greenleaf Landscaping are family and also own 4H Development.

Future plans for the site include development of two adjacent lots, where additional buildings are expected to be constructed for lease.
