HAPO Community Credit Union is completing a new three-building facility at 9757 W. Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick. The one-story development includes three separate spaces: an 18,327-square-foot Commercial Services suite, a 10,710-square-foot Contact Center and a 4,852-square-foot Event Center.

Designed with people in mind, the new facility combines modern architecture with a warm, approachable feel. The exterior incorporates metal, stucco and brick for a clean, contemporary look, while the interiors feature abundant natural light and warm gray finishes.

The Commercial Services suite provides a home for HAPO’s Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Commercial Services and Business Lending teams. The space was developed to support HAPO’s continued growth and expanding commercial services, bringing key business-focused teams together in a location designed for collaboration and efficiency.

The Contact Center was created to bring HAPO’s Member Solutions Center teams together in a purpose-built facility. The space is designed to support collaboration and efficiency while allowing employees to work side by side, share expertise and respond to member inquiries across multiple channels.

The Event Center provides a dedicated space for organizational meetings, educational programs and special events that strengthen relationships with members and business partners.

HAPO Community Credit Union built the facility to better serve its commercial members by creating a dedicated space designed around their growing needs. The new building reflects HAPO’s commitment to providing exceptional service, strengthening relationships and supporting businesses throughout the community.

The project is scheduled for completion in September 2026.
