Local Bounti’s sales increased 15% in the first quarter of 2026, according to a recent financial report. Sales reached $13.3 million, compared to $11.6 million in the same period last year. The company attributed the growth to increased production and sales from its Washington, Georgia and Texas facilities.
Those three facilities all saw tower upgrades in the fourth quarter of 2025, increasing production efficiency and yield capacity.
The company is pursuing the growth of its arugula offering after it was launched at both its Pasco and Mount Pleasant, Texas, facilities in 2025.
In February, Local Bounti also successfully patented a growing process using artificial intelligence and automated environmental controls to optimize plant growth.
The Pasco greenhouse opened in May 2024.
