Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.) Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.  

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911. 

Monday, July 1: Turkey tetrazzini, green peas, tossed salad. 

Tuesday, July 2: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, peas and onions.

Wednesday, July 3: Sloppy Joes, mixed vegetables, coleslaw, rainbow sherbet.

Friday, July 5: Tuna pasta salad, broccoli salad, crackers.

Monday, July 8: Spaghetti and meat sauce, green beans, breadstick.

Tuesday, July 9: Baked cod with dill sauce, herbed potatoes, squash medley.

Wednesday, July 10: Chicken chop salad, salad greens, carrot sticks.

Thursday, July 11: Three bean chili, chuckwagon corn, cornbread.

Friday, July 12: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll.

Monday, July 15: Sweet and sour chicken, brown rice, Asian vegetables.

Tuesday, July 16: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, July 17: Tuna noodle casserole, Lyonnaise carrots.

Thursday, July 18: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, July 19: Chicken Caesar salad, breadstick, cottage cheese and pineapple.

Monday, July 22: Macaroni and cheese, sausage patty, garden vegetables, tossed salad.

Tuesday, July 23: Chicken pot pie, cauliflower and red pepper.

Wednesday, July 24: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, country vegetables, three bean salad.

Thursday, July 25: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad, fruit, milk.

Friday, July 26: Cheese and beef pasta, green beans, tossed salad, breadstick.

Monday, July 29: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Normandy vegetables.

Tuesday, July 30: Apple pork chop, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, July 31: Teriyaki chicken, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables, frosted cake.

---Kennewick Community Center, 500 S. Auburn St.  

---Richland Community Center, 500 Amon Park Drive. 

---Benton City Desert Rose Complex, 510 14th St.  

---Pasco First Avenue Center, 505 N. First Ave. 

---Pasco Ray Pfleuger Center, 253 W. Margaret St. 

---Prosser Community Center, 1231 Dudley Ave. 

---Connell Community Center, 211 E. Elm St. 

---Meals on Wheels Cafe, 1834 Fowler St., Richland. No reservations required at this site.
