Celebrating a year of community, connection and shared success

TCAJOB Staff

As we reach the close of another year, all of us at the Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business want to extend our gratitude to those who make our work possible: our readers, advertisers, community partners and the broader Mid-Columbia community.

Our goal has always been to help the Tri-City region build a stronger economy and a more vibrant business community.

We’re proud of the work we do day in and day out. In the past two years, our reporting and publications were recognized nationally. We don’t see these awards as ours alone because they reflect the work that matters in our community. They remind us why we show up every day: to inform, to connect and to shine a light on what’s happening in our region.

We also seek to connect advertisers to customers and to bring together leaders whose collective efforts strengthen our region. We’re grateful for your participation in our coverage through subscriptions and advertising.

We were especially energized by the turnout and enthusiasm for the business events we hosted this year. From celebrating emerging talent at our Young Professionals award event to launching our new People of Influence program honoring those shaping our region, your presence helped spotlight those who make up the very best of the Tri-Cities.

Our annual Best Places to Work program – grounded in candid employee surveys – once again highlighted the workplaces that are setting the standard for culture and care.

We were also grateful for the opportunity to co-host a workforce forum with the Tri-City Development Council, or TRIDEC, that brought together economic development partners, employers, college and industry leaders, and students.

All of these events remind us that business success is rooted not just in economic outcomes, but also in people, leadership and shared values.

We remain committed to delivering the news, insights and resources that help you and your business thrive through our monthly Journal, annual Book of Lists resource guide, daily e-newsletters, robust website, social media presence, and the events that bring our business community together.

Thank you for joining us and trusting us. We wish each of you a joyous and prosperous holiday season.
