Mark E. Haney, 74, of West Richland, died Nov. 14 in Richland. He was born in Pasco, and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident. He was a retired chemical preparation operator at Boise Paper Mill and also served in the Air Force. Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.

Victoria A. Higgins, 76, of Sunnyside, died Nov. 17 in Sunnyside. She was born in Richland, and lived in Pasco for 60 years. She was a homemaker. CODA Alternative Cremation & Funeral, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Gary E. Smith, 69, of Kennewick, died Nov. 21 in Kennewick. He was born in Kennewick, and was a lifelong resident. He was a retired custodian at Kennewick School District and Columbia Basin College. Einan’s at Hillcrest, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Douglas E. Quay, 60, of Kennewick, died Nov. 23 in Kennewick. He was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 39 years. He was a radiation control technician. Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Edward W. Vermilyea, 65, Kennewick, died Nov. 23 in Kennewick. He was born in Streator, Illinois, and lived in Kennewick for over 30 years. He was a retired nuclear engineer. Einan’s at Hillcrest, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Heather M. Wallace, 65, of West Richland, died Nov. 23 in West Richland. She was born in El Paso, Texas, and lived in West Richland for 25 years. She was a retired school bus driver. CODA Alternative Cremation & Funeral, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Rosemarie Baker, 59, of Benton City, died Nov. 23 in Benton City. She was born in Spokane, and lived in the Tri-Cities area for six years. She was a retired accountant. Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Clyde A. Janes, 87, of Pasco, died Nov. 24 in Pasco. He was born in Hood River, Oregon, and lived in Pasco for 20 years. He was a retired family history librarian and also served in the military. Einan’s at Hillcrest, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.

Wendy C. Gaddis, 75, of Kennewick, died Nov. 24 in Kennewick. She was born on Lopez Island, and lived in Kennewick for 44 years. She was a retired business administrator. Einan’s at Hillcrest, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

James R. Davis, 76, of Pasco, died Nov. 25 in Pasco. He was born in Newport, Kentucky, and lived in Pasco for 36 years. He was a retired chemical operator at Unocal in Finley and also served in the Army. Einan’s at Hillcrest, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.

Johari M. C. Wiley, 72, of Richland, died Nov. 26 in Richland. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and was a longtime Tri-Cities area resident. Einan’s at Hillcrest, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Earnest D. Williams Jr., 61, of Richland, died Nov. 28 in Richland. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, and lived in Richland for 10 years. He was a retired metal finisher. Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
