Everything from uninstalled solar panels and fleet vehicles to computers and office furniture will be up for the taking beginning March 25 as liquidators clear inventory and equipment of a former Pasco-based solar company that went bankrupt at the end of 2025.

CA Global Partners, in partnership with Onyx Asset Advisors, recently announced there will be seven live online auctions to sell the assets of Solgen, which most recently went by the name of Purelight Power.

The auctions are by order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Washington.

“These seven online auctions present an outstanding opportunity for solar contractors, distributors, electrical contractors and equipment buyers to acquire high-quality solar inventory and operational assets at auction values,” said Peter Wyke, president of CA Global Partners, in a statement. “With more than $7 million in solar materials and over 150 service fleet vehicles available across multiple locations, this sale offers buyers the chance to secure significant quantities of equipment that can immediately support ongoing projects and business growth.”

The auctions will include material located in five different states, including in the Tri-Ciites. The auction for items located at Solgen’s former offices at 5710 N. Road 68, Suite 104, in Pasco and its Richland warehouse at 2509 Logan St., Suite 112, will be at 10 a.m. March 26, with in-person inspection available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 25.

CA Global Partners does not break down what assets are available at each site but across all locations they include:

  • A large selection of solar inventory, vehicles and equipment, including solar modules (panels), power walls and energy storage systems, electrical components, racking systems, generators, EV chargers, inverters, and microinverters from brands such as SolarEdge, Tesla, Silfab, ZNShine, Unirac, Pegasus and Iron Ridge.
  • More than 150 vehicles, many as new as 2023, including Ford F-150, F-250 and F-350 trucks; Chevrolet and Dodge Ram 1500–3500 trucks; Ram ProMaster cargo vans; Isuzu NPR box trucks; Chevrolet 4500 LCF box trucks; and various cargo vans and passenger vehicles. Also offered are four Isuzu NPR 15-foot box trucks with Heat Seal insulation blower systems.
  • Forklifts, trenchers, loaders, trailers, pallet racking, ladders, pallet jacks, panel lifts, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Hundreds of MacBook Pros, MacBook Airs, Dell laptops and Mac Minis; more than 500 24-inch to 32-inch monitors; iPads; iPhones; laser printers and more.
  • Hundreds of power lift desks, office chairs, side chairs, sofas, office panel systems, TVs and kitchen equipment.
