Longtime Richland business’ new owners combine a respect for the company’s legacy with a fresh vision.

The entrepreneur behind a Richland business has opened a bigger store, fine-tuned an expanded vision for the operation, and adopted a more inclusive business name.

Described as “Disneyland for seniors,” an innovative day center is set to open in Kennewick in late winter that will offer “reminiscence therapy” for adults with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a facility designed to mimic the 1950s.

Assisted stretching is making its mark as the new wellness business, and a local couple is behind the first Tri-City StretchLab franchise in Kennewick.

The Tri-Cities’ only Catholic-focused retail store is listed for sale, along with the downtown Kennewick building that houses the home to thousands of faith-focused items.
