Twist Clothing Company has navigated both an economic downturn and a global pandemic, rarely puts items on sale, and has successfully stayed in business in Kennewick for 15 years.

The owners of the Tri-Cities’ newest Japanese restaurant took the best dishes of the big cities and put them all onto their own menu. 

European influences in Jessie and Susanne Ayala’s foods and operations led to their latest venture, Imbibe, a lunch restaurant, craft cocktail and wine bar in downtown Pasco at 104 N. Fourth Ave., just steps away from their first restaurant.

Wine Social is undergoing its grandest iteration after various changes and updates since opening at the start of the pandemic.

The new owners and staff at the Foodies restaurants in Richland and Kennewick are brimming with excitement and optimism about the reboot of both locations following their swift closure earlier this year.  

A Richland environmental services business is now part of a larger network after a recent acquisition.

Decades after opening, Richland AutoCare Center is under new ownership and will eventually become a 360 Automotive & Repair location. 

One out of every 10 people in the Tri-Cities is employed by a job connected to federal funding, whether through the Hanford site, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory or with a subcontractor. This 13,000-person employment cluster’s impact on industries throughout the community remains significant.

Richland’s Caterpillar Cafe is ready for its next chapter, opening a third location years after it became the partner business of Adventures Underground bookstore in Richland’s Uptown Shopping Center.
