TCAJOB Staff

Construction on the second building of Boulder Heights Plaza is nearly complete at 3801 S. Zintel Way in Kennewick.

Conner Construction was the general contractor on the 4,500-sq.-ft., single story building that has two professional suites. Jason M. Archibald of ALD Architects in Richland designed the buildings. Doug and Carrie Lundgren are the owners and developers of the Boulder Heights Plaza.

Boulder Heights Plaza Building A, which is occupied by Holy Mac & Cheese, was completed in December 2014.

The second building, which will be Building B, will house River Realty and a second tenant.
