Michels Corp. has leased the Brantingham Phase IV building at 3030 Travel Plaza Way in Pasco.

The new 9,150-square-foot pre-engineered steel warehouse features 2,010 square feet of wood framed front office space and 55,265 square feet of yard space.

The project is scheduled to be completed this month.

CRF Metal Works of Pasco is the general contractor.

The designer was Jay Brantingham, owner of CRF Metal Works.
