A new 19,101-square-foot mini storage facility with 500

units has opened in Kennewick.

AAA Clearwater Storage Depot at 6026 W. Clearwater Ave.

opened Oct. 12.

The facility features climate-controlled and drive-up

units, a security system with cameras, 24-hour access and a paved lot. Each

unit has its own alarm system.

Unit sizes range from 5-by-12 to 12-by-30.

The facility owner is Tom O’Brien and it is managed by

Cutting Edge Management. The regional managers on site are Elizabeth

Peters-Kirk and Matthew Kirk.

Units are available now for rent.

O’Brien Construction Company Inc. of Kennewick was the

general contractor.
