Sandifur Crossing Phase 3

Hogback Development Co. of Yakima is building the

third of nine buildings planned for Sandifur Crossing in Pasco.

Porter’s Real Barbecue and Jamba have signed up for two of

the three spaces in the 5,000-square-foot building. The third tenant has

not been announced.

Wendy’s is building a restaurant on the property along

Road 68.

At full build-out, Sandifur Crossing will offer nine

single-story buildings with a combined 150,000 square feet of retail space,

serving 25 tenants on 16 acres.

Rent ranges from $14 a square foot for anchor tenants to

$35 per square foot for tenants on the small pads. 

The project will cost about $35 million.

Chris Waddle, co-owner of Hogback Development, is lead

developer and responsible for tenant relations. Michelle Blanchard is project

manager.

Poston Architects of Yakima is the designer.

Stephens & Sons Construction Inc. of Yakima is the

contractor. The construction firm is owned by Benjy Stephens, a co-owner of Hogback

Development.
