City of Kennewick, 2204 S. Irving St., $2,504,000 for new commercial construction. Contractor: Rotschy Inc.

Kennewick School District, 3520 Southridge Blvd., $15,112,000 for a commercial addition at Southridge High School. Contractor: Bouten Construction Company and Apollo Mechanical Construction.

Kennewick School District, 4901 W. 20th Ave., $17,750 for a commercial addition at Lincoln Elementary School. Contractor: Pacific Mobile Structures.

Washington Securities & Investment Company, 8418 W. Gage Blvd., $38,000 for a commercial remodel at Boiada Brazilian Grill. Contractor: Zion Restoration.
