Northwest Equipment Sales Inc., a truck and trailer dealer with locations in Boise and Twin Falls, Idaho, and Hermiston, Oregon, has a new 27,000-square-foot dealership serving the Tri-Cities and Eastern Washington from Burbank. 

The $4 million dealership includes office, shop and warehouse space. The project wrapped up in mid-June.  

The metal structure building is on a 10-acre site at 171 Gateway Road in the Port of Walla Walla’s Burbank Business Park, near Highway 12. 

Northwest Equipment Sales represents Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks, Kalmar Ottawa yard tractors, Trail-eze Trailers, Ranco Trailers, Manac Trailers, CPS Trailers, Demco Trailers, Mac Trailers, Neville Built Trailers along with related lines. 

The new dealership offers sales, service, parts, rentals and leasing. 

MH Construction of Kennewick, owned by Alex Linde, built the project.  

Devin Geisler of DKEI Architectural Services in Richland designed the project.  

Michael Melder of PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. In Walla Walla was the civil engineer.
