Bravo Ventures LLC has completed a one-story stucco office building with nearly 3,600 square feet of Class A space.

Suite 110 at 2055 Steptoe St. in Richland will serve as the home office for Prodigy Homes Inc. The other side of the building, Suite 120, includes 1,647 square feet of space available for lease.

Asking rent is $22 per square foot plus triple net, an agreement where the tenant agrees to pay all real estate taxes, building insurance and maintenance.

Knutzen Engineering designed the project. Prodigy Homes Inc. served as general contractor.
