CRF Metal Works completed construction of a $1.2 million, 7,500-square-foot steel building with two 3,850-square-foot heated and cooled sides and 1,250 square feet of office space in October.

The project was developed to cater to the growing Tri-Cities and the need for space for small businesses to start and grow.

CRF Metal Works, a steel fabricator and contractor based in Pasco, designed and built the project at 195 E. Reata Road in Kennewick.
