Greg and Amy Ford of Ford Group LLC recently completed construction on the CED (Consolidated Electrical Distributors) building at 420 S. Steptoe St. in Kennewick.  

The 25,000-square-foot building houses the electrical distributor’s growing wholesale/retail business. It features 5,000 square feet of office space/showroom and 20,000 square feet of warehouse space constructed of prefabricated metal and block building with dock leveler.

The $3.3 million construction project was completed on time Nov. 15.  

Hummel Construction & Development of Richland is the general contractor.  

DKEI Architectural Services of Richland is the architect.
