Fortify Holdings LLC recently completed construction of The Alegre apartment complex at 1520 N. Oregon Ave. in Pasco.

The project transformed the former Rodeway Inn into micro-apartments featuring 109 units with 202 square feet of space. The complex features a lobby community room with full kitchen, laundry room, dog park, bocce ball courts and an outdoor pool/recreation space.

The Alegre was completed in early 2023.

Cliff Thorn Construction (CTC) of Richland is the general contractor. The construction team includes Mike Thorn and Jenn Pendleton.

Studio+ Architects of Spokane is the architect. Cameron Golightly is the lead architect.

Fortify Holdings is owned by Sean Keys of Portland, Oregon.

Avenue 5 is the property management company.

Robert Jacobs is the regional manager for Fortify Holdings.
