1025 Park Ave LLC has begun leasing homes in the Hidden Hills Condominiums development in Prosser.

The townhome village homes at 1027 Park Ave. feature 1,900 square feet of space with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The development includes 16 units across nine buildings — seven duplexes and two uniplexes.

The homes are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including the latest Google Nest products for advanced surveillance, smart-home integration and high-speed internet connectivity.

The townhomes were scheduled to be completed in mid-February.
