Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.) Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911.

Tuesday, March 5: Lemon pepper cod, fluffy rice, green peas.

Wednesday, March 6: Barbecue chicken, roasted carrots, potato salad, cornbread.

Thursday, March 7: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll.

Friday, March 8: Beef stir fry, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables, tossed salad.

Monday, March 11: Chicken and rice casserole, broccoli.

Tuesday, March 12: Roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed beets.

Wednesday, March 13: Beef lasagna, mixed vegetables, Caesar salad, breadstick.

Thursday, March 14: Corned beef and cabbage, herb roasted potatoes, seasoned carrots, dinner roll, green poke cake.

Friday, March 15: Chicken fajitas, rice and beans, flour tortilla.

Monday, March 18: Cheese and beef pasta, green beans, tossed salad, breadstick.

Tuesday, March 19: Chicken pot pie, green peas, biscuit.

Wednesday, March 20: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad.

Thursday, March 21: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, March 22: Macaroni and cheese, sausage patty, garden mix vegetables, tossed salad.

Monday, March 25: Sloppy Joes, squash medley, coleslaw.

Tuesday, March 26: Apple pork chop, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, March 27: Teriyaki chicken, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables.

Thursday, March 28: Beef tacos, rice and beans, salsa and sour cream.

Friday, March 29: Chicken salad sandwich, pea and cheese, salad.
