Inland Group Spokane’s new apartment complex at 6105 Road 108 is on track for a September opening.

Called Affinity at Broadmoor, the 138,833 square-foot complex features 170 units, with studio, two- and three-bedrooms.

The apartments come with fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and full-size washers and dryers in all units.

Inland Washington LLC of Spokane is the general contractor.

Kaas Wilson of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was the architect.

The developers say the project helps to address market and community needs for housing in the greater Pasco area.
