JLW Asset Management LLC expects to complete its Paradise Parkway development by August.

It consists of three separate buildings at 1450, 1458, 1460, 1464, 1468 and 1472 Bombing Range Road in West Richland.

Building B is 6,000 square feet; Building C is 6,600 square feet; and Swigg Coffee Bar, which occupies Building A, has 1,200 square feet of space. It’s owned by the Wenners.

Two suites are occupied in Building B: Hype Taekwondo, Eric Roach; and First Family Dental.

Trinity Yoga’s lease starts Aug. 2 in Building C, where suites are available. One can accommodate a drive-thru or food service.

Jeff and Lori Wenner of JLW Asset Management LLC are the developers and landowners for the $2.5 million project.

“We are excited to bring a beautiful urban modern building to West Richland and provide more services to the residents of West Richland. We feel part of the community and have developed many friendships with local agencies and customers coming to Swigg Coffee Bar,” the Wenners said.

Design work is by Draftco Designs LLC and LPR Architects of Kennewick.

For leasing information, contact SVN Retter & Co.’s James Wade and Scott Howell.
