The residents of Quail Ridge at Horn Rapids in Richland can now enjoy a new gathering space in their development.

Called Base Camp by Pahlisch Homes, the 5,000-square-foot facility at 3200 Village Parkway features a TV and surround sound music. It is fully furnished and is accompanied by a fully functional kitchen. The gym includes commercial equipment: treadmills, Peloton rower and bike. The oversized pool features sun soaking ledges for lounging. A full-size barbecue area complete with a firepit and ample chairs round out the area.

Pahlisch Homes Special Projects division, led by Jason Spence and Joey Powers, along with the “best trades in the business” were responsible for the project.

Chelsea Graber and Taylor Jones did the staging.

Pahlisch Homes said it believes in building community within its communities and this facility allows homeowners to have a place to gather and connect.

The facility, which is for Quail Ridge at Horn Rapids residents only, can be rented for private events through the homeowners association.
