A 9,000-square-foot plaza for retail features six one-story spaces and is scheduled to be completed this month at 8425 W. Chapel Hill Blvd. in Pasco.

Each space is interior finished, based on the needs of the tenant. The exterior design is done in a Tuscan style.

John & D’Ann Ramsey of Yesmar Properties are the owners.

“We believe in the growth of Pasco and the potential. Helping furnish a space for new businesses is good for the community,” they said.
