Work is wrapping up on Ideal Dentistry’s new space at 1663 Fowler St., Richland, with a projected completion date of May 19. The single-story building was built in 2023 by Greg and Amy Ford.
Bradley Rowe, president of Rowe Prof Corp., doing business as Ideal Dentistry, is having the work done on the dental office building as “continued growth of the practice had made it impossible to stay in our current location,” he said.
The new space will have more convenient highway access, a private patient parking lot and space for new equipment, services and technology. The space also will be lighter and quieter, adding more privacy, and the treatment room capacity will be doubled.
The 4,650-square-foot building includes a waiting area, a dedicated restroom, individual checkout stations, two consultation rooms, a dedicated laboratory with two workstations for in-office design, two milling units, three ovens, a proprietary 3D printing system, and a sterilization, storage and instrument processing center.
The project cost $2.4 million, not including the land and building shell.
Richland-based Siefken & Sons Construction Inc. is the general contractor.
The architects are Design Ergonomics, based in Fall River, Massachusetts; Terence Thornhill, based in Pasco; and Patterson Dental, based in St. Paul, Minnesota.
