IT services provider Devfuzion just completed its new 11,000-square-foot office building and is looking for tenants. 

Jeremy and Sofia Karmy had the building constructed. It is located near Calvary Christian Church and School in the increasingly busy western stretch of Clearwater Avenue.  

The building at 10711 W. Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick was designed by Draftco Designs.

G2 Construction is the general contractor.
