A new retail development at 1503 W. Lewis St. in Pasco features a 6,400-square-foot building, called Plaza Lewis. 

Four retail units, each about 1,600 square feet, are available for lease. 

The project cost $1.5 million, not including land. 

Kaizen Construction & Development of Richland is the general contractor. 

Chris Baugh Architect of Kennewick is the architect.
