A new five-building adult family home campus called Always Home is under construction at 2404 S. Quillan Place in Kennewick.

The first adult family home, called “The Place to Be,” is scheduled for completion on July 1, 2025, and is located at 2404 S. Quillan Place in the Lincoln Business Center, near Trios Health Southridge Hospital and close to medical clinics, independent living facilities, restaurants and retail stores.

Each of the five buildings is about 3,100 square feet. Four of the homes will include eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and one will have seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

All rooms feature private bathrooms, and the single-story structures are fully accessible for wheelchairs and are walker friendly.

The total project cost more than $5 million.

Developed by Always Home LLC, the project is designed to meet the rising demand for high-quality, full-care adult housing. The community will offer full-service elder care in a compassionate and modern environment, tailored to meet the needs of residents with varying levels of mobility.

T. Blaine Construction Inc. of Richland is the general contractor.

Brian Trimble designed the buildings.
