Mid-Columbia Gymnastics Academy’s new Pasco gym is now open.
The new 14,400-square-foot gym is located behind the Fairchild Cinema at 5102 Convention Drive.
The metal free span building is designed and built for teaching and coaching gymnastics to children. The gym will have a parent viewing area and restrooms. One floor will have offices.
Len and Kami Softich, owners of Mid-Columbia Gymnastics Academy, which also has a gym in Richland, said they decided to build the gym because there was not an existing business like this in Pasco.

The building cost $2.5 million, and the property cost $750,000.
Hummel Construction and Development of Kennewick is the general contractor.
LPR Architecture of Kennewick is the architect.
