After Shelby’s Floral & Gifts moved into its new Kennewick shop a year ago, it turned its attention to constructing a commercial building next door.

Called Shelby’s Floral Parkade, the building at 6018 W. Clearwater Ave. is ready to welcome new tenants. Shelby’s Floral owner/operator Jackie Brown is seeking neighbors to complement her already thriving business.

The new 4,100-square-foot building can accommodate one to two tenants, depending on their needs. 

The building is being finished as a shell only. It features high-end finishes on the exterior with stucco, stone and metal accents.

The project is scheduled to be completed in August 2025.

Hummel Construction and Development of Kennewick is the general contractor.

LPR Architecture of Kennewick is the architect.
