A1 Hospitality will complete construction on a mixed-use retail facility near the Tri-Cities Airport this fall.

Appropriately called Flight Path Plaza, the four single-story buildings with modern aesthetics make up a total of 24,000 square feet. They’re located near the Pasco airport at 2915 N. 20th Ave.

The $5 million project, not including land, will be completed in fall 2025.

LCR Construction of Richland is the general contractor.

Draftco Designs based in Kennewick is the designer.
