The Tri-Cities’ second Summer’s Hub location is poised to open soon in Pasco at 6120 Burden Blvd. in the Gesa Stadium parking lot.

The food truck plaza will be anchored by Brady’s Brats & Burgers, just like at the Kennewick location at 6481 W. Skagit Ave. The restaurant will be inside a 5,000-square-foot building that also offers indoor seating and restrooms.

Summer’s Hub of Pasco has space for 26 food trucks and offers outdoor seating.

It plans to host live concerts and community events.

Food truck annual leases start at $1,850 a month.

The total project cost was $4 million, with $1 million for the land.

A grand opening is set for Nov. 1.

MH Construction of Pasco is the general contractor.

LPR Architecture of Kennewick is the architect.
