Columbia Basin Health Association’s new 35,000-square-foot clinic in west Pasco opened in November to expand access to outpatient primary and integrated health care services for the surrounding communities.
The clinic at 7405 Three Rivers Drive off Road 68 features a modern exterior with expansive glass windows, warm wooden accents and a dynamic slanted roofline.
The CBHA logo fronts the building, which is complemented by a welcoming entry and ample parking.
Inside, the layout includes open, airy spaces designed to bring in natural light and create a calm, patient-centered environment. Flexible treatment areas and community spaces reflect CBHA’s focus on comfort, accessibility and comprehensive care.
The clinic will provide integrated medical, dental, vision, pharmacy and behavioral health services.

CBHA, headquartered in Othello, is a federally-qualified health center serving Adams County and parts of Grant and Franklin counties, offering inclusive and comprehensive health care aimed at supporting patient and community well-being.
CBHA pursued the project to meet the growing need for improved access to quality primary care in Pasco and nearby communities.
