Elite Institute of Modern Aesthetics has been completed at 7275 W. Clearwater Ave., Building A110, in Kennewick.

The 6,988-square-foot building will serve as a modern beauty school.

The project was developed by entrepreneur Jason Zook, owner of Smile-A-Mile Painting in Kennewick.

The building features a modern facade with a simple, clean exterior design incorporating glass, steel and concrete. Floor-to-ceiling windows at the front provide visibility and natural light. The structure includes a flat roof with a sharp, clean edge for a contemporary look, along with a neutral exterior color palette of white, gray, black and dark metal finishes. A covered entryway with clear signage and modern double glass doors defines the main entrance.

Construction was completed Aug. 29.

The total project cost was $2.1 million.

ZK Builders served as the general contractor.

The architect was DKEI Architectural Services.  

The design company was DraftCo Designs.
