The Grove in West Richland is a new 80-unit residential community at 4529 Grove Court, near the intersection of Dallas Road and Kennedy Road.

The subdivision features both one- and two-story townhomes ranging from 1,495 square feet to 1,899 square feet. One-story units offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while two-story options range from three to four bedrooms with three bathrooms.  

All homes include attached two-car garages.

Community amenities include an outdoor pool, pickleball court and clubhouse with a gym. Landscaping and fencing are included with homeowners association fees.

Homes are priced between $449,900 to $499,900.

As of February 2026, eight units have been completed, with additional units under construction and expected to be finished this spring and summer. The full community is anticipated to take about two years to complete.

The townhomes are intended to provide a new luxury community designed for easy living, with amenities and maintenance included in one location.  

Cedar and Sage of Boise, Idaho, is the builder and designer of the project.
