RNA Aviation LLC is developing a new aviation hangar and office facility in Pasco.
The 31,002-square-foot building at 2901 Rickenbacker Drive is designed to support private aircraft operations and office space.
The project features a large, climate-controlled hangar capable of accommodating some of the largest private aircraft, along with a two-story office component that includes four suites.
The facility will be used for a combination of office space and private aviation operations, helping meet growing demand for private aircraft services at the Tri-Cities Airport.

Total project cost is $7.5 million. The land is leased from the port. Two office suites totaling more than 5,000 square feet are available for lease at $30 per square foot.
Hummel Construction of Kennewick is the general contractor.
Archibald & Co. of Richland is the architect.
The project is being developed by RNA Aviation LLC, led by Bruce Ratchford and James Alford. The development was undertaken to help meet increasing demand for private aircraft operations in the region.
