A1 Hospitality is developing a new Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in Pasco to support growing travel demand in the Tri-Cities region.

The 70,000-square-foot, four-story hotel at 2203 W. Argent Road near the Tri-Cities Airport will include 107 guest rooms.

The extended-stay hotel will offer a range of amenities, including free hot breakfast, in-room kitchens, an indoor pool, fitness center, EV charging stations, pet-friendly rooms, meeting space and an airport shuttle.

The project is designed to serve business and leisure travelers, as well as airline crews and extended-stay guests, while supporting continued growth in the region’s tourism and business sectors.

The total project cost is $25 million. Construction is scheduled for completion May 21.

Fowler Construction is the general contractor.

Jensen Design Architects Inc. and JUB Engineers provided architectural and engineering services.

The project was developed to meet increasing demand for high-quality lodging near the airport and to enhance the overall guest experience with modern, convenient accommodations.
