Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities

The Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities is completing a renovation of its hotel at 486 Bradley Blvd. along the Columbia River in Richland.

The 33,358-square-foot hotel features 130 guest rooms. Renovations began in November 2025 and are scheduled for completion in mid-June.

The project includes renovations to guest rooms, including updated furnishings, as well as improvements to corridors and stairwells. Lobby and event spaces were renovated in 2024.

The hotel is managed by Vandervert Hospitality Inc. of Spokane.

The renovation project cost approximately $3 million to $4 million.

Hummel Construction is the general contractor. 

The architect and designer was id studio of Spokane.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house are planned from 3-5 p.m. June 25 to celebrate the completion of the project.
