The Tri-Cities Airport has completed construction of its Quick Turn Around Facility at 1803 W. Argent Road in Pasco.

The project includes a 6,550-square-foot car wash facility and a 240-square-foot fuel island support building designed to serve rental car agencies operating at the airport.

The facility consists of four separate wash bays, each equipped with a break room and restroom, along with support spaces. The bays are used for washing and vacuuming rental vehicles. Fuel, tire air and windshield washer fluid are provided under a separate, detached canopy.

The facility was built to provide rental car agencies with a dedicated location to clean and fuel vehicles without leaving airport property, helping improve service for air travelers.

The total project cost was $7.6 million.

A certificate of occupancy was issued April 22.

Fowler Construction served as the general contractor.

Mead & Hunt provided architectural and design services.
