StoneCrest Prosperity Fund has completed a new flex space building at 2402 Henderson Drive in the Horn Rapids Business Center in Richland.

StoneCrest Prosperity Fund is a privately held partnership that acquires land and develops income-producing properties on behalf of local investors.

The building offers flexible office and warehouse space anchored by the satellite office of Tri-City Lumber. Remaining suites can be configured from 1,400 to 6,000 square feet, with options for office-only or combined office and warehouse layouts to accommodate a variety of businesses.

StoneCrest selected the Horn Rapids Business Center because of its proximity to a growing mix of businesses and amenities. The building is within walking distance of more than a dozen neighboring businesses, including breweries, restaurants, a distillery, a wine tasting room and a variety of service businesses.
