Croskrey Development LLC is nearing completion of the Van Giesen Flex Building, a new commercial development at 6124 W. Van Giesen St. in West Richland.
The 7,420-square-foot project features four single-story flex spaces designed for small businesses seeking high-visibility frontage and flexible layouts in one of the region’s fastest-growing areas. Each suite includes a large storefront entrance, a 12-by-12-foot full-glass overhead door, 14-foot ceilings and a finished restroom, allowing tenants to combine office, showroom and warehouse space.
The building is located on a former vacant infill lot along Van Giesen, which is undergoing improvements expected to enhance vehicle and pedestrian access. The site is surrounded by existing businesses and is near The Heights at Red Mountain Ranch development.

The project is being developed by Croskrey Development LLC, a family-owned commercial real estate investment company focused on creating opportunities for small businesses throughout the Northwest.
The building is expected to be completed in late July 2026. It will be available for lease at a gross rate of $21 per square foot or for purchase for about $2.2 million.
Croskrey Development LLC served as the general contractor.
Baker Architecture designed the project.
