A fast-food chain has partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties to renovate the program room of the nonprofit’s Pasco clubhouse.  

Panda Cares, the philanthropic arm of Panda Express restaurants, funded a newly renovated program room at the Pasco clubhouse, called Panda Cares Center of Hope. It opened Aug. 26 at 801 N. 18th Ave. 

The room is designed to give youth a space to receive academic assistance from staff. The funding from Panda Care included the cost of new furniture, art and learning supplies, signage, paint and more.  

Panda Care has helped to bring Centers of Hope to Boys & Girls Clubs across the country for 27 years.
