Idaho Central Credit Union, known as ICCU, is completing construction of a new full-service branch at 7406 Three Rivers Drive in Pasco, near Sandifur Parkway and North Road 68. The branch includes 4,688 square feet of interior space.

The one-story facility includes two tandem drive-through lanes, a teller area, two consultation rooms, night deposit service and an ATM lane. The design balances traditional values with a forward-thinking vision for the future while reflecting the local Pasco community.

The Pasco branch will provide full-service personal and business banking, with a local team offering personalized, in-person guidance to members and businesses throughout the Tri-Cities. Services will include a complete range of financial products and support for local members and businesses.

ICCU was organized as a state-chartered credit union in 1940 and has grown to $16 billion in assets, serving more than 830,000 members throughout Idaho, Washington and Arizona. The credit union offers personal and business banking, mortgage services, wealth management, insurance and other financial services.

The branch is being built to meet demand from rapid growth in the Tri-Cities and improve access to personal and business banking services. It is the third of three new full-service ICCU branches built in the region since November 2025, joining existing locations in Kennewick and Richland.

The Pasco branch was scheduled for completion Aug. 6, and will be staffed by a local team of eight.

Hummel Construction of Kennewick served as the general contractor. Lombard Conrad Architects of Boise, Idaho, was the architect.
