Slim Chickens has opened a 3,000-square-foot quick-service restaurant at 5115 Road 68 in Pasco, in a building formerly occupied by an Arby’s restaurant. The restaurant opened July 27 and is the second Slim Chickens location in Washington.
The menu features a variety of chicken offerings, including wings, tenders, tender bites, tender mac bowls, sandwiches, wraps and chicken and waffles. The restaurant also offers layered jar desserts in flavors including key lime pie, strawberry cheesecake and chocolate brownie pudding.

Wings of Fire LLC, registered to Justin and Sara White, is the restaurant franchisee. A building permit filed with the city of Pasco estimates the restaurant remodel at $1 million.
Kaizen C&D served as the general contractor, and HFA of Arkansas was the designer. The project was completed July 20, 2026.
Slim Chickens is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The restaurant was built to serve local consumers.
