Inland Empire Chapter NECA and Local 112 IBEW have finished construction on Columbia Basin Electrical Training Alliance at 142 N. Edison St., Kennewick.

The two-story building next to the LU 112 Hall is 26,000 square feet. It includes labs and classrooms, and it will serve as a training facility for electrical apprentices. The building will help support the growing electrical industry and apprenticeship.

DGR is the general contractor.

Design West Architecture is the architect.

Applications for the four-year apprenticeships are due in June and January every year.
